Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of İkimiz: Couple Widget, published by Hugo Software. By using the app you agree to them.
The service
İkimiz lets two people pair their phones and share a living widget: a shared star, status updates, colour "light-pulses", short notes, drawings, and a shared constellation of your moments. The service requires an internet connection to keep both phones in sync.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that happens through your account. Keep your device secure: anyone with access to your unlocked phone can send messages as you.
You must be 18 or older to use İkimiz. The app is intended for adults in a relationship and is not directed to children.
Pairing
An account can be paired with one partner at a time. Either partner may unpair at any time. Unpairing permanently deletes the couple's shared moments from our servers and cannot be undone.
Subscription
İkimiz offers a single auto-renewing subscription that covers both partners of a couple. One person subscribes; both accounts receive premium features (unlimited friends, full history, poster export).
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- If the couple unpairs, the subscription continues to belong to the account that purchased it.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play according to their refund policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use İkimiz to harass, threaten, impersonate, or send unlawful content to another person; to send content you have no right to send; or to attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Content you send
You keep ownership of the notes and drawings you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and transmit that content to your partner so the service can work. We do not use your content for advertising, training, or any purpose other than delivering the service.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but it is provided "as is" and without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and we may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hugo Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or messages, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page, and the date above will be updated.
